Daily 311 is a market research tool that enables businesses to immerse themselves in the lives of their customers.

Daily 311 players respond to three daily questions wherever they are — uploading photos, videos, location check-ins and answering open-ended questions. In return, Daily 311 players earn rewards based on the fact that they respond on the quality of their responses.

This app is a companion mobile app to Daily 311’s web-based research platform and is not intended as a stand-alone product.

The Daily 311 Web application enables business stakeholders to also ask players to provide further responses if more detail is needed, create reports, analyze data and reward research participants based on the nature and quality of their comments.
